If we have a night/day coming up that we won't be here to eat (like this weekend is full of picnics at our parents') I will make meals that don't have leftovers a few days prior and make sure the leftovers are eaten. If there is only enough for one person and not really a "dinner portion" Ron takes it in his lunch.
